ABOUT US
We believe every journey should be immersive, authentic, and deeply human. That’s why we work hand in hand with small local lodges, families, and community-based projects. Together, we create experiences that not only bring hikers closer to nature and culture but also strengthen local economies. Each stay, meal, and shared ride becomes part of a sustainable network that empowers communities to protect their environment while offering hikers a genuine taste of each place we visit.

What means Monocongos?
Monocongos is the popular name from Costa Rica for howler monkeys, and we can watch and listen to them through the whole country. They also live from México to South América, and that’s exactly where we pretend to get into deeper routes, reaching not just for adventure into the wild but exploring the culture.
We help Monocongos
Monocongos (Howler Monkeys) in Nosara are electrocuted on uninsulated power lines and transformers. They are a endangered species. For each trip you enjoy with us, you are supporting the Nosara Monkey Bridges Project from Sibu Wildlife Sanctuary where they are building wildlife bridges for a safety moving. Let’s click over the monkey above for more info.
